Facilitation
When I work as a facilitator, my role is to hold the space for the group to do what they need to do. I am not there as a content matter expert, but as the one to ensure that people feel safe to contribute in the way that they can and that the group meets the objectives they have set for themselves for that particular event.
I completed a Diploma of Facilitation through Zenergy Global in 2007 and have honed my facilitation skills in my roles as a Telecommunications Engineer, Project Manager, Entrepreneur, Board Director and Business Advisor.
Training
Many business owners are so busy doing the doing they do not review their goals and objectives and made sure they know what metrics to track and manage.
I offer training to founders and SME owners / leadership teams on how to ensure operational activity is congruent with your vision.
Training topics include business planning, systems, sustainability, managing resources, management reporting - identifying and managing key metrics.
Speaking
I am available for speaking engagements within your organisation or at conferences. Topics range from my own experiences in the Circular Economy, as an tech entrepreneur; Women in Business and Leadership.
